Ceremonia is a place where all people of all ages have the right to feel safe an secure. Therefor the law is very strict. Here in Ceremonia we believe that the punishment should fit the crime. Theft will be punished by a return of the stolen item and compensation in cash and items. Kidnapping will be punished with expulsion from the community, and murder will be punishable by imvolment of outside authoritys. Assault in any form will not be tolerated in it's worst form it will mean expulsion from the community in other lease severe cases it will be punished by cash compensation. All of these crimes while be followed up by the citys watchmen who opperate 24 hours a day
